PRIVACY POLICY FOR Timetrack Accounts

Controller and scope

The data controller is Timetrack SpA. This policy applies to the Timetrack accounts used to sign in to our internal systems: Payments (staff.timetrack.cl), CRM (crm.timetrack.cl) and Access (access.timetrack.cl). These accounts are used by the Timetrack team and race collaborators, not by the public. This policy does not apply to the Timetrack Live app or to public results.

Data we receive when you sign in

When you sign in we receive your email and your name. If you sign in with Google, we receive the name, email and profile picture of your Google account (openid, email and profile scopes).

We do not access Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other data in your Google account.

How we use the data

We use this data to identify you, keep you signed in and decide which systems you can access.

Within each system, the data specific to its purpose is used: in Payments, what is needed to pay fees and expenses (RUT tax ID, bank details and fee receipts); in the CRM, what is needed for sales management.

Service providers

Authentication is provided by Clerk (USA), which sends the sign-in codes by email and maintains the sessions. Email notifications from the systems are sent through Amazon SES.

Cookies

We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Use of Google data

Timetrack's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as you have access to any of the systems. Once your access is removed, you can ask us to delete your account.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection under Chilean Law 19,628 by requesting them by email.
